Previously at Intel she managed a $1.2B outsourcing portfolio and led a global team of more than 100, delivering double digit savings, ~50% supplier base consolidation with stronger reliability, and faster, more predictable ramps. She led dual sourcing and nearshoring across regions to reduce tariff exposure and pandemic-related shocks while maintaining cost discipline.
