FAQ

  • Who do we work with?

We work with small and mid sized companies in semiconductors and advanced manufacturing, as well as leaders and teams who want to improve execution, collaboration, and results.
On the consulting side, we support founders, CEOs, and supply chain leaders.
On the coaching side, we work with senior managers, directors, and high potential talent preparing for bigger roles.

  • Where are you based and do you work remotely?

I am based in Portland, Oregon. I work with clients across the U.S. and internationally, mostly via video calls and working sessions. On site work is available by arrangement.

  • What is “fractional supply chain leadership”?

Fractional supply chain leadership gives you access to an experienced senior leader part time instead of hiring a full time executive. You get strategic guidance, hands on execution support, and leadership for your team for a set number of hours per month or per project.

  • How do you typically work with clients?

I usually start with a short discovery call, then a focused assessment to understand current state, risks, and opportunities. From there, we align on a clear set of priorities, success metrics, and a simple execution plan.
We meet regularly to review progress, remove roadblocks, and hold the team accountable.

  • Who is your coaching for?

I coach leaders who are ready to grow. Often they are in transition. New in role, preparing for a promotion, or building a new team or business.
I also coach technical leaders who want to strengthen their executive presence, influence, and cross functional impact.

  • What coaching approach do you use?

I use Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. It is a very practical approach.
