I have been in supply chain for over thirty years. I have a lot of stories about how the real work happens — and how different it looks from what they teach at school. I retired from Intel in 2024 but this is a topic I love, and especially now that AI is changing how we manage supply chains, I am not done talking about it.

So what do I write about?

I write about the work — supply chains, operations, the mess and the wins. I write about leading people, being coached and coaching others, and what AI is actually doing to the industry I spent my career in. I write about the challenges of being a woman in rooms full of engineers, and how an advocate or sponsor can change your entire career trajectory. And sometimes I write about whatever topic pops into my head that week.

No agenda. No content calendar. Just things I find interesting.
